Attorney General of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation

Mr. Dellinger is an enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. After graduating from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

He served as Assistant Attorney General for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation from May 1996 to February 2008. In February 2008, he was appointed and confirmed as the first Secretary of the Nation. In January 2012, he returned to the Office of the Attorney General as First Assistant Attorney General. In January 2016, he was appointed and confirmed as Attorney General of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.

Sara Hill, Esq.

Secretary of Natural Resources for the Cherokee Nation

Secretary Hill was appointed as Secretary of Natural Resources for the Cherokee Nation in 2015 after many years of service to the Nation in the Office of the Attorney General. Since 2004, she has represented the Cherokee Nation in tribal, state, and federal courts. Her legal career primarily focuses on environmental and natural resources issues for the tribe.

Secretary Hill serves on several working groups advising the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Stephen Greetham, Esq.

Senior Counsel to the Chickasaw Nation

Mr. Greetham serves as Senior Counsel to the Chickasaw Nation. He was previously a partner in the Albuquerque office of the Nordhaus Law Firm, where he specialized in representing tribal governments. He has also worked in-house with the Chickasaw Nation for 12 years.

He has taught Federal Indian Law courses at the University of New Mexico School of Law and the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and was scheduled to teach Water Law at Oklahoma City University School of Law.
